I had an emergency visit early in the morning. I was super anxious and haven’t gone in years but was in pain. My night nurse MaryAnn was amazing and kept me calm. I had the best experience I could get for my situation. Rachel on dayshift was calm and informative as well. I really appreciate how you guys made me feel in my time there. It made the experience all the more memorable. I was in and out in under two hours. Can’t thank you enough!

I gave birth to my first baby this last weekend. I went in to my regular OB appointment at 38 (almost 39) weeks and made note of some symptoms that I didn’t think were anything and just happened to mention. The Dr Kriegsman wanted to do a test just in case even though he thought it might not be anything but would rather be safe than sorry. To my surprise I had my water broken for a week and didn’t know it and because he decided to check I was admitted to labor and delivery. I am so grateful for his great care as I don’t know how long I would have gone and my baby could have gone into distress or gotten and infection if I was never evaluated. I felt very taken care and listened to at Multicare Women’s center. My entire journey of pregnancy was easy because I felt I had a support system in my doctors office with quick response times, necessary testing, and good communication of results. I would highly recommend this clinic to those looking for care during pregnancy. I saw multiple providers and all were professional, friendly, listened to my concerns, and explained the care that was recommended to me. As a first time mom I was scared and anxious for labor and delivery. My first impression was from Dr Gatlin who came in and immediately made me feel at ease. She made sure I knew that the process of labor and delivery was going to be filled with shared decision making between us, that I knew it was ok to keep asking questions until the information was “crystal clear”, and that I understood when and what condition more extreme measures should be considered (such as a C-Section) and what that would mean. Every nurse was so kind and caring, explained what was happening and assisted me every step of the way when needed. I never felt pressured into a decision or treatment, and was offered tips tricks and tools in those beginning stages of breastfeeding at all hours of the day. I couldn’t have asked for a more positive birth experience and would highly recommend this facility if you are considering it for your labor and delivery.

We've been so happy with all the nurses and and staff we've encountered here caring for my husband, they all have gone above and beyond to make it as comfortable as possible for him.The cleaning crew also does an amazing job keeping everything tidy, and sanitized. We are especially grateful for his vascular doctor, Dr. Sara Wasilenko she took extreme care and precautions to help ensure he saved his foot, with what could have become an amputated leg. You can tell immediately when you go to her office, you are dealing with a caring professional, and you immediately know you are in good hands. I also would be remiss not to mention the crew in dietary, and the cafeteria, they took care of his dietary needs beautifully, and all are kind and friendly, I had my lunches from the cafeteria while here, they were good, and overall a pleasant experience. Thank you Capitol Medical staff, and Dr. Wasilenko, and the staff also from the wound clinic, you are greatly appreciated.

I’m almost 26 weeks pregnant and just was admitted for 24hr and I want to brag about this place, I was watched very close, listened too, and taken care. Dr.McCartney, Charge Nurse Shelley and my night nurse were absolutely amazing. I didn’t catch my night nurse’s name, but you all were amazing. And I appreciate the stay I had. I had my daughter here 5 years ago and that was the best experience. I will be back in a few short months to have my son, and am looking forward to it.

We went to the er because i was having seizures i was having about 20 seizures in 2 days over a 8 mins or at the minimum of 8 mins so my boyfriend called his dad so we can go the er but before we went there we to Shelton Mason general and they didnt do any of the right testing and so we heard that this hospital was a good one but it was farthest from the truth? We went to the waiting room and got called back to triage and the Nurse came and got all the information then another nurse came and told my boyfriend that he could take a seat in the waiting room that I will be out there after The IV sat in the triage room after the IV for an hour. Most of the nurses were fooling around or on their phones end up having a seizure and the doctor came in, pushed on my chest and southern and said that’s not seizures if you think that’s a seizure then you’re on drugs then he said what really going on and made me feel dumb and stupid And said that they had a long wait so I went out to the waiting room to get my boyfriend because I wanted to go To a different hospital and when they were taking the IV out The nurse said that I was just sleeping which wasn’t true and then sat there and said that they put in blood work and that if I look at my chart, I can see the results when they never did and completely lied on my discharge papers about what happened
