i went to this place today to get a facial & i got welcomed as soon as i got in, very nice welcoming place. as well as when i got my facial with vanessa, she was really nice & we talked the whole time, she’s a good lending ear as well as being careful with your skin as well, making sure you have all you need especially after the service she gives an excellent hand massage. & scalp massage. 10/10 would go again.

Peaceful relaxing atmosphere. Average massage. Hair did get in knots from the scalp massage. Overall enjoyable.

A coworker recommended this salon to me after a Bellevue salon absolutely fried my hair. I called them in tears and Jen, the owner, assured me that Mike, a master colorist, could help me. She even asked Mike to squeeze me in that afternoon, which he did. That was a snowy winter day 6 years ago and today I can say that my hair has never looked better, thanks to Mike!! Mike did fix my color and butchered cut that day and I left happy knowing that the perfect salon and colorist does exist. In my opinion, this is the perfect salon. It’s small, spotless, welcoming and Jen, the owner has created a perfect oasis for anyone who wants to look or feel better. Her kindness and talent are unparalleled. Mike is my colorist and I still can’t believe my luck to have found him and believe me when I say, he is the best!!! Vanessa is the other stylist and she is amazing as well! This salon is sheer perfection!

Great place. Clean and soothing environment. Recently had a pedicure and facial on 2 seperate visits. Emmy is quite delightful and a pleasure to talk with. She is very customer focused and assuring with unobstrusive feedback. I'll definitely be going back to try their other services. Let me add that Mike did a really great job on giving me a haircut. No one pushes product, and they are eager to share their extensive knowledge.

From the moment we walked in to the moment we left, the experience was nothing short but magical. I recommend this place to anyone who is or has a loved one going through chemo and is needing a haircut. The owner was wonderful and the staff were all so kind and welcoming. I booked a facial and massage here. The facial was great. I don't have a lot of experience receiving facials so I don't have much to compare it to. Char was awesome though and explained what she was doing and talked about the products without being pushy about selling them. The massage was a huge disappointment though. I do have extensive experience receiving massages and have been trying to find a place to get one every few weeks, but this place won't be it. The therapist smelled of cigarettes and had horrible coffee breath. As she worked on my neck she was breathing it right into my face. I left with a headache from the smell. Her nails were too long and kept slightly digging into me, which was uncomfortable. I also couldn't help but wonder what kind of bacteria could be harbored under them. She placed the bolster directly under my legs instead of under the sheet, which didn't feel great. The bolster needs to at least have a pillow case over it. Her technique was promising but her strokes weren't thorough and left many areas unworked, especially in the neck, which I really needed.

After many years of searching for a Professional Hair Consultant and Color Specialist in the Olympia area, I found Her!!!! Lexi listened to my concerns and problems with the current condition of my hair. She educated me and made a long term plan to get my "damaged" hair back into shape! She made me feel very confident in these decisions. After seeing a notable difference in my hair after just 1 treatment, I was able to purchase the products to continue to use at home! Lexi is very confident and very personable. I am very excited, and am looking forward to having "great hair again"! Thanks for taking me on!!! Michelle J.

I made the mistake of going in with gel polish on. They used a regular nail file to take off the top instead of a more precision electric nail file. As a result they roughly ran the nail file over my skin. It was extremely painful and left my skin bright red. Had I not gone in with gel polish I would have given it 3 stars. Taking off one star because I could barely feel the massage and another star because I walked out with polish so far from the cuticle that it looked like it was already two weeks old. I could have gotten someone on a bad day and their other people could be great but I won’t be going back to find out. 1. Yes I am sure about the location. 2. The appointment was made by my mother for the both of us. 3. Before they used the “gel remover” on both mom and myself the used a nail file to take off some of the top layers of the gel polish. It hurt really bad as the rough side to side filing repeatedly scraped my skin around the cuticle.
